What is the Phantom VIP Membership?
Phantom VIP is an exclusive membership program designed for true Pokémon fans and collectors. For $30 per month, members will get first dibs on our allocations of upcoming English Pokémon products, wholesale pricing on Japanese Pokémon boxes, and exclusive access to collector supplies at wholesale pricing. This is our way of helping dedicated collectors secure new releases without competing against bots or resellers.
Will there be a limit on the number of Phantom VIP members?
Yes. We will be capping the number of Phantom VIP memberships to ensure fairness and better align with our distributor allocation numbers. Our goal is to spread the love of new Pokémon products amongst dedicated collectors rather than flooding the market.
By keeping membership limited, we can provide the best possible experience, ensuring that active members have a fair shot at securing product. Once we reach our membership cap, sign-ups will be closed until a spot becomes available.
Does being a Phantom VIP guarantee I will get product from every release?
No, membership does not guarantee that you will receive product from every new release. Availability depends on our stock allocation. However, as a Phantom VIP, you will always get priority access before the general public.
How will product availability work?
Since product is limited, we may cap the number of items per member to ensure fairness. If demand exceeds supply, orders will be fulfilled on a first-come, first-served basis.
Will there be an annual membership plan?
At this time, we do not offer an annual membership, but we are actively working on a plan to implement one in the future.
If an annual membership option becomes available during the program, it will be a great opportunity to lock in your membership and current pricing before any potential changes. Stay tuned for updates!
Is this membership meant for resellers?
No, Phantom VIP is for collectors and true Pokémon fans, not resellers. This program is designed to help our community get access to newly released Pokémon products at fair pricing, without having to battle scalpers and bots.
However, we recognize the need for resellers and streamers to secure product at wholesale pricing. We are currently working on a separate plan to support resellers and live streamers with dedicated access to wholesale-priced inventory. At this time, Phantom VIP is not the best avenue for reseller access.

What products will be available through Phantom VIP?
Phantom VIP members will have priority access to:
- Newly released English Pokémon TCG products at a price that is below market value or MSRP, whichever is lowest.
- All English Pokémon products added will be exclusively available to VIP members for the first week. After this members-only release period, any remaining stock will be made available to the public.
- Japanese Pokémon Booster Boxes at wholesale pricing (when available).
- Collector supplies at wholesale pricing, including:
- Penny sleeves
- Top loaders
- Other protective accessories to keep your collection safe.
- Other exclusive Pokémon items, depending on inventory.
What other benefits do Phantom VIP members receive?
In addition to priority product access and special pricing, Phantom VIP members will have access to:
- Exclusive giveaways – Members will be entered into random drawings for rare and special Pokémon items.
- VIP-only promotions – Special discounts and deals only available to Phantom VIPs.
- Surprise rewards – Extra perks, mystery packs, or exclusive items offered randomly throughout the year.
- Free shipping perks – Every order valued over $200 will ship for free. At times, we may offer free shipping on all orders for a limited period, but this is random and not guaranteed.
- Personal product requests – Looking for something specific that’s not listed? As a Phantom VIP, you’ll have a direct line to us to request products you'd like to see added for purchase.
How does the wholesale pricing on Japanese Pokémon boxes and collector supplies work?
As a Phantom VIP, you will have access to select Japanese Pokémon Booster Boxes and collector supplies at wholesale rates. Prices will vary depending on market conditions, but this exclusive benefit ensures you're getting the best deal possible.
How do I join Phantom VIP?

Is there a commitment to the membership?
Phantom VIP is a month-to-month membership, meaning you can cancel anytime. However, once a payment is made for the month, it is non-refundable.
